Day 2303: Human Connection – A Priority?

Less internet connection more human connection  – that’s a priority for me in 2017.

It’s 7: 14 PM on day 2303 of my journey towards independence and I managed to  pray, read Ephesians 4:23, spend the day a the mall and have dinner.

Today I spent the whole day with people really important to me which made me realize I should prioritize human connection over internet connection in 2017.

Day 1699: Thank you people of the internet

There are more good people out there than bad– that’s what I have realized.

It’s 12 :  00 PM on day 1699 of my journey towards independence and I’ve managed to brush my teeth, pray,  read Daniel 10, publish my Disability of the Day feature, learn one new thing – Evergreen trees such as pine, fir, and spruce grow in a characteristic shape—their branches make a peak that sheds snow efficiently.–  feed myself an egg sandwich for breakfast, continue reading And the Mountains Echoed by Khaled Hosseni    and  promote my Educate Generations campaign– $2 899 raised so far so grateful :)

Yesterday I realized that despite the internet having a reputation for being a very dark and dangerous place I’ve experienced very little negativity most people have been extremely kind to me nobody has picked on me for being different. Thank you people of the internet for being so kind to me it means more to me than you’ll ever know.

Day 1662: The internet, Trevor Noah and immortal mistakes

The internet immortalizes a human beings every mistake – that’s what I have realized.

It’s 12 : 00 PM on day 1662 of my journey towards independence and I’ve managed to brush my teeth, pray,    read Ezekiel 22, publish my Disability of the Day feature,  feature, learn one new thing – Eating both plants and animals, meerkats are omnivores. Their diet mostly consists of insects, which they sniff out using their enhanced sense of smell. They also eat small rodents, fruit, birds, eggs, lizards, and even poisonous scorpions –   feed myself a peanut butter and banana sandwich  for breakfast and promote my Educate Generations campaign–  Simon Magid who has donated twice before donated $20 yesterday (thank you Simon you’re AWESOME 🙂 ) which brings my total raised to $2 578.

Recently South African comedian Trevor Noah became more famous than he already was when it was announced that he would be new host of The Daily Show and with his somewhat newfound fame came detractors who found some tasteless jokes that he tweeted a few years ago and proceeded to label him sexist and anti-semitic  which made me realize that whatever I post on the internet could have an impact on my life years down the line needless to say I am now infinitely more careful about what I post online.
