Day 2542: God Backs Me and I Back Me

“She wants to make the impossible possible.” – my dad (referring to me in an interview)

It’s 12 : 32 PM on day 2542 of my journey towards independence and I managed to pray, read Job 38:4-7, have breakfast  and promote my 50 New Feet Campaign benefiting MiracleFeet –Yesterday Pearl Shongwe donated $50  (thanks so much  Pearl  your support means the world to me <3) which brings the total raised to $3 290 only $9 210 more to raise  by June 17, 2018 to help 50 kids with clubfoot.

Today I got this idea into my head I don’t know if it’s the safest thing to do but  I’ve decided to believe in the possibility of all my dreams until somebody tells me the pursuit of certain dreams would be the signing of my death warrant  (I believe in this soul on fire living in a body that doesn’t match her personality. I back this girl every day in every way…. I believe in God and me because if I don’t I have not a hope in hell of making others believe in me).

Day 2238: Believe in People

Everybody needs somebody to believe in them – that’s what I keep realizing.

It’s 10 :  30 AM on day 2238 of my journey towards independence and I managed to pray, have breakfast,  read 1 Peter 3: 14 and work on my  25 Smiles Campaign    –raised $8 161.04 only  $4 338.96 more to raise to reach my second goal of raising $12 500 for Smile Train before Jan 10 2017 (SO SO SO GRATEFUL to everyone who has supported this campaign so far ).

Yesterday I was reminded that each one of us needs somebody to believe in us nobody has ever succeeded without first believe that they could (even those who succeeded without anybody believing they could probably chose to believe in themselves it only takes one person to believe and sometimes that one person is you and that’s ok).

Day 2097: Believe in your Dreams

Believe in your dreams and capacities if you don’t nobody else will –that’s my message to the world.

It’s 12 : 35 PM on day 2097 of my journey towards independence and I managed to pray, read 1 Chronicles 16, learn one new thing – “Deer are essentially red-green color blind like some humans. Their color vision is limited to the short [blue] and middle [green] wavelength colors. As a result, deer likely can distinguish blue from red, but not green from red, or orange from red.”- have breakfast and work on my  25 Smiles Campaign   – raised $5 875 only $375 more to raise before Jan 10 2017 (SO SO SO GRATEFUL to everyone who has supported this campaign so far 🙂 ).

Yesterday I felt like my dreams were being ground into the dust but today is a new day and I’ve just decided that I’ll believe in all my dreams no matter how impractical or far-fetched I know myself best if I don’t believe that God has given me enough talent, skill and ability to turn my dreams into reality then nobody else will either so I’m officially backing God working through me now and forevermore.

Day 2086: Be the Reason

Be the reason somebody believes in themselves – that’s my message to the world.

It’s 11 : 51  AM on day 2086 of my journey towards independence and I managed to pray, read James 2: 14-25, have breakfast, learn one new thing – Sea level is about 20 cm higher on the Pacific side than the Atlantic due to the water being less dense on the Pacific side, on average, and due to the prevailing weather and ocean conditions. Such sea level differences are common across many short sections of land dividing ocean basins. – and work on my  25 Smiles Campaign   – raised $5 774 only $476 more to raise before Jan 10 2017 (SO SO SO GRATEFUL to everyone who has supported this campaign so far 🙂 ) (a special thanks to Nisha Kotecha, founder of Good News Shared, who wrote a blog post about me titled How Watching TV Can Change Your Life (two Nishas together can create magic thanks again Nisha for sharing your platform with me I’m profoundly honoured and truly humbled)).

Recently I realized how important it actually is to be the reason that somebody believes in themselves to know that somebody loves you and believes in you gives you the strength and courage to do the most amazing things.

Day 1594: Believe

To achieve you must first believe – that’s what I keep realizing.

It’s 12 : 05 PM on day 1594 of my journey towards independence and I’ve managed to brush my teeth,  pray,  read Jeremiah 11, publish my Disability of the Day feature, chat to my family in India via Skype,  learn one new thing – A palindrome number is one that reads the same backwards and forwards–  feed myself egg with bread for breakfast and  promote my Educate Generations campaign– still on $1 630 but I’m grateful to be this far so far 🙂

Today I realized yet again that to achieve you must first believe it doesn’t matter how intelligent or able you are if you don’t believe you will succeed you’re dead in the water.  Do you believe you will succeed?

Day 1393: Do you believe in yourself for all those who don’t?

Believe in yourself for all those who don’t – that’s what I have to keep reminding myself.

It’s 12  : 00 PM on day 1393 of my journey towards independence and I’ve managed to pray,  read Psalm 80,  publish my Disability of the Day feature, feed myself a peanut butter sandwich and bananas for breakfast,  promote my Eradicate AIDS campaign – still on $1 088.84 hopefully more money can be raised for the  the Elton John Aids Foundation (UK) in the next 12 days if not oh well $1 088.84  is not bad 🙂 – and hang out with my family.

Yesterday one of my loved ones told me that he was going to make me the beneficiary of his pension I appreciate the fact that my loved ones want to provide for me but what I hear when they say stuff like I’m going to make you the beneficiary of my pension  or our money is your money  is I don’t believe you can provide for yourself so I’m going to provide for you  which is insulting considering I have held down jobs in the past and know that I am capable of doing it again.  Do you believe in yourself for all those who don’t?
