Day 1794: Winning the battle of life

95% of the battle of life is won in the mind – that’s what I want the world to know.

It’s 12 : 17 PM on day 1794  of my journey towards independence and I’ve managed to brush my teeth,  pray, read Matthew 26,    publish my Disability of the Day feature,    learn one new thing –A group of owls is called a parliament.– have breakfast and  promote my Educate Generations campaign –Barak Kassar, founding partner of Rassak, donated $100 yesterday (thanks SO MUCH Barak  people like you make me want to be a better person we’ve never met in person and yet you chose to help me help others you will never know how much you have touched my life :) ) which brings my total raised to $3 541 (so grateful to everyone who has helped out so far).

This morning I was thinking about how 95% of the battle of life is won in the mind I’ve been around people who are miserable despite having everything they need to thrive which is probably why some people are surprised to find me as happy as a clam when they first meet me it’s not that I’m oblivious to the fact that I can’t walk it’s just that I choose to count my blessings and think that God is conspiring for me to succeed.
