Day 2077: Stick to You

Know who you are and stick to it – that’s my message to the world.

It’s 12 : 30  PM on day 2077 of my journey towards independence and I managed to pray, read Matthew 23: 12, have breakfast, learn one new thing – Most Caucasian babies are born with dark blue eyes and their true eye colour — be it brown, green, hazel or blue — may not reveal itself for a few months. The colour of your baby’s eyes in the first minutes after birth won’t last — exposure to light changes a baby’s initial eye colour. – and work on my  25 Smiles Campaign   – raised $5 774 only $476 more to raise before Jan 10 2017 (SO SO SO GRATEFUL to everyone who has supported this campaign so far 🙂 )

Today I realized yet again that no matter what people say about me (good, bad or indifferent) my opinion of myself will never change I believe it’s important to have a consistent opinion of oneself in a world where people’s opinions about you change at the drop of a hat.

Day 1987: How I see myself, how others see me and maintaining my self-perception

How you see yourself shouldn’t change no matter how people see you– that’s my message to the world.

It’s 12 : 49 PM on day 1987 of my journey towards independence and I managed to pray, read Titus 2,  learn one new thing –A phenomenon called the Wind Chill factor makes us feel colder in winter than the air temperature really is. This is due to the interaction of air temperature and wind on the human body that is already giving off heat. Both temperature and wind cause heat loss from body surfaces. -have breakfast and work on my 25 Smiles Campaign –  raised $2 972 only $3 278 more to raise by 10 Jan 2017  (SO SO SO GRATEFUL to everyone who has supported this campaign so far :)  ).

Yesterday someone described to me how she saw me as a human being and it was truly humbling although I will always see myself as just a girl trying her best every day to make a difference.
