(1) Easily irritated; bad-tempered: “they fight and squabble like fractious kids.” (2) (of an organization) Difficult to control; unruly.– and promote my Educate Generations campaign – yesterday   Bruce Sallan donated $65 and Priyachechi donated $20 (thanks so much Bruce and chechi I really appreciate the support from both of you 🙂 ) which brings my total raised to $5 025 with 13 days still to go.
