Day 432

Every choice you make is a vote for something – that’s what I learned today 🙂

It’s 7: 49 PM on day 432 of my journey towards independence and I’ve managed to brush my teeth, prepare and publish my Disability of the Day feature, tweet about my Clean Water For All Campaign – no luck – watch Breaking Dawn Part 1 at the Hemingways Mall–I LOVED it, it won’t win an Oscar or anything but you could feel the passion with which it was made as you watched it and at the end of the day that’s what I want when I go to watch a movie great job Kristen, Robert, Taylor and company 🙂 –visit some relatives and feed myself a burger and French fries for dinner.

Today the first thing I saw when I logged on to the web was Demi Moore to divorce Ashton Kutcher and I’m ashamed to say I clicked on the link and read the article but while I was reading I thought to myself what’s wrong with me I being entertained by someone else’s heartache so from today onwards I am no longer going to read articles about celebrities unless it’s about them doing something good and I ask that you do the same because magazines and newspapers only print what we read and if we stop reading they’ll stop printing and publishing these types of articles think about it you guys celebrities have kids and their kids will grow up knowing things about their parents’ personal lives that they shouldn’t know because we are putting our money into the tabloid industry. Do the things you vote for represent you?

Are we connecting on Twitter? If not, say hi at http://twitter.com/Nisha360

If you’ve given to my cause or you can’t give now, please help me by sharing my cause with others. You can tweet about it like my friend Stan Faryna. This is the tweet he uses: @Nisha360 is a brave, smart young woman trying to make a better world for us all. Please help her do an amazing thing. http://bit.ly/hC7vOu

Stan’s very sweet for saying so, but feel free to write what reflects you best.

Thanks to all my friends out there who are helping me make my dream come true: to make a better world for all of us!
