Day 1736: The Amazing Alissa Sizemore

It’s 12 : 18  PM on day 1736 of my journey towards independence and I’ve managed to brush my teeth, pray,  read Micah 4, publish my Disability of the Day feature,   feed myself egg with bread for breakfast, learn one new thing –  The geographic cone snail drugs fish with a toxic cloud containing insulin. Plummeting blood sugar levels throw the victim into a stupor—and the snail snaps it up.–  and promote my Educate Generations campaign – $3 145 raised so far (thanks so much everyone for your support).

 

A few days ago I saw a video of 9-year-old Alissa Sizemore who despite losing her leg in an accident continues to dance (Alissa if you’re reading this know that your story has touched my heart all the way in South Africa keep on dancing I’m so proud of you).
