Our talents are the gift that God gives to us… what we make of our talents is our gift back to God – that’s what I keep realizing.
It’s 12 : 33 PM on day 1421 of my journey towards independence and I’ve managed to brush my teeth, feed myself bran flakes with banana for breakfast, pray, read Psalm 109, publish my Disability of the Day feature, practice sitting up straight to strengthen my core muscles, stretch my hamstrings and prepare for my upcoming campaign – i’m working on the campaign video so far it’s an epic fail maybe I should just record a video of me explaining who I am, what I’m doing and why I’m doing it but then again because I have CP some people can’t understand me when I speak so maybe I should just forget about the recorded video thing I’m so confused as to what to do.
Recently I saw a video of three German students helping a homeless man with nothing but a bucket and a guitar and although some people are saying the students helped the homeless man for monetary gain and fame I think what they did was really sweet at least they tried to make a difference which is more than some people can say. Watch “Three German students surprise a homeless guy” below:
If you can do a video of you explaining the campaign and asking for help – that’s a start. Once you have that, maybe you can ask for help to edit the video, add text, etc. The important thing is to do what you can.
Thanks Stan I’ll do my best
