It’s 12 : 14 PM on day 1205 of my journey towards independence and I’ve managed to brush my teeth, feed myself All Bran Flakes for breakfast, read 2 Chronicles 8, pray, publish my Disability of the Day feature and hang out with my family.
Today being the last day of the year I thought I’d share with you the things that I did in 2013 that I’m most proud of. Take a look:
Accomplishments of 2013
- Raised $1 050 for Not For Sale
- 4 people planted 40 fruit trees between them via World Vision USA in honour of my 22nd birthday
- Made approximately 104 loaves worth of sandwiches as part of Virginia’s Sandwich Run
- Finished reading 13 books in The Bible
- Read all the books on my reading list plus a few I didn’t need to read
