Day 2117: Write Your Own Story

“Let go of perfection. Get messy, make as many mistakes as you can, help as many people as you can. Love more, hate less and let go of guilt & regret. Reverse engineer your life. By the time you leave this planet, what did you want to experience?

There is no life ahead of you, there’s only right now, you. The experience we are having right in this moment “IS” our life. The action we take or do not take right now IS our future. Pay attention & invest yourself fully in each moment…and it’s in these fully lived moments that we weave a truly extraordinary tapestry to clothe ourselves in old age and share with the world what a difference one life can make.”

It’s 12 : 17  PM on day 2117 of my journey towards independence and I managed to pray, read Isaiah 61: 1   , have breakfast,   learn one new thing – Okapi slightly resembles to zebra because of the stripes, but it shares much more similarities with giraffe. It has long skull, large black eyes and very long, purplish tongue, just like giraffe. Okapi’s tongue is 18 inches long and it can reach both its eyes and ears.- and work on my  25 Smiles Campaign    – yesterday Catherine Cook donated $25 (thanks so much Catherine appreciate your support always always 🙂 ) which brings the total raised to $6 545 only  $5 955 more to raise to reach my second goal of raising $12 500 for Smile Train before Jan 10 2017 (SO SO SO GRATEFUL to everyone who has supported this campaign so far 🙂 ).

This morning I was reminded that my life is a book and I am the author of every beautiful page.
