Day 1236: Why I’m raising money for Elton John AIDS Foundation (UK)

People don’t buy what you do they buy why you do it – that’s what I’ve come to understand.

It’s 12  : 46 PM on day 1236 of my journey towards independence and I’ve managed to  pray,  brush my teeth, read Ezra 3, feed myself eggs with bread for breakfast, publish my Disability of the Day feature, promote my Eradicate AIDS campaign – no luck today either – and make sandwiches as part of Virginia’s Sandwich Run.

As you may know I’m raising money for the Elton John AIDS Foundation (UK) via my Justgiving page aside from the intial burst of donations (for which I’m VERY grateful) the response has been underwhelming so today I’m going to share with you a few short films by the Elton John AIDS Foundation (UK) in the hopes that after watching them you will believe what I believe that nobody should die of HIV/AIDS in this day and age. Watch short films by the Elton John AIDS Foundation (UK) below and if you are moved by what you see please visit http://www.justgiving.com/Eradicate-AIDS and make a donation.
