Day 1127: John Wesley’s Three Simple Rules

“Do no harm. Do Good. Stay in love with God.” – John Wesley, Three Simple Rules

It’s 12 : 31  PM on day 1127 of my journey towards independence and I’ve managed to pray, brush my teeth, read 1 Kings 6,   feed myself boiled egg and Bran Flakes for breakfast,      publish my Disability of the Day feature,   tweet and Facebook about my campaign -Anonymous donated $30  (thank you SO MUCH Anonymous I know who you are and you know who you are) which brings my total to $1050 with 1 day to go 🙂 –  practice sitting up straight to strengthen my core muscles and stretch my hamstrings.

Yesterday in a sermon titled Three Simple Rules our reverend quoted John Wesley’s Three Simple Rules that were meant to serve as a guide for all Methodists to follow (Note: Neither I nor my family are Methodists we just go to the Methodist Church because it’s the closest one to our house) 1. Do no harm 2. Do good 3. Stay in love with God I’m going to try and follow those three rules I think the first rule is going to be the hardest for me to follow because I often speak before I think but I’ll give it my best shot. Do you follow John Wesley’s Three Simple Rules?
