Day 985: I Hope You Dance

Music expresses that which cannot be put into words and cannot remain silent – Victor Hugo

It’s  4: 56  PM on day 985 of my journey towards independence and I’ve managed to brush my teeth, hang out with my gran watching cartoons, feed myself an egg sandwich for breakfast, pray, read  Deuteronomy 2, publish my Disability of the Day feature,   tweet and Facebook about my campaign – still no luck – hang out with my family, feed myself brown rice and curry for lunch and practice typing with both hands.

A couple of months ago I heard I Hope You Dance by Ronan Keating if there were ever an instruction manual on how to live life in song form this song would be it. Listen to I Hope You Dance by Ronan Keating below:

The more difficulties one has to encounter, within and without, the more significant and the higher in inspiration his life will be.

Your thoughts, words and deeds are an inspiration to us all. I am so proud of you Nisha, you have shown us that we can all achieve our dreams through sheer grit and determination. Thank you for making us believe with all of our hearts that we will do what we were made to do.
