Everybody has a right to what they believe– that’s what I keep learning 🙂
It’s 6 : 56 PM on day 732 of my journey towards independence and I’ve managed to brush my teeth, feed myself a peanut butter sandwich for breakfast, drink milk by myself, publish my Disability of the Day feature, work, watch TV, feed myself rice and curry for lunch and brush my teeth once more.
Yesterday I heard about the filmmaker who made a film depicting Prophet Muhammad as a madman and although I don’t know that person as a Christian I would like to say to all the Muslims out there I’m so sorry that person doesn’t represent all Christians I know I would feel awful if someone portrayed Jesus that way. Do you try to force your beliefs on other people?
I LOVE hearing from you feel free to leave a comment below.
Hello,
You have asked a good question. At start, islam based on dialogue and emphsized strongly on that method. Also, Islam never force anyone to either convert or convice it. What all muslims have done toward this outrageous act is totally against what prophet muhammed ( peace be upon him ) tought us. We should have countered it with high moral standard. As muslims our religion commands us to respect all religions and never deny them. Generally speaking, You keep time and again hurt muslims and defame prophet
muhammed’ noble charcter . Simply, this reaction resulted from long time of silence.
we do not try to force our beliefs on other people,to know more about islam and the prophet Muhammed(peace be upon him) you can read about him or visit this site http://www.mercyprophet.org/mul/
Thank you for admitting that muslims could have handled this situation better. I’m glad Islam doesn’t try to convert or convince anyone because like I said everybody has a right to believe what they believe 🙂
I am glad you don’t force your religion on anyone nobody should do that 🙂 I will check out your link.
