Day 1863: Collaborate don’t compete – My message to world leaders

Collaborate don’t compete – that’s my message to world leaders.

It’s  12 :  02  PM on day 1863 of my journey towards independence and I’ve managed to brush my teeth, pray,  read Acts 8, publish my Disability of the Day feature, learn one new thing – Onerous [on·er·ous] adj. Involving heavy obligations. Involving a burdensome amount of effort and difficulty. “The court’s stipulations were onerous.” – have breakfast and continue working on my local project.

This morning I was thinking about the state of our world right now we as humanity are like a bunch of two-year-olds we want to be better than everyone and we want what we think is ours but I think the world would be a better place if every President and every Prime Minister just decided that being the best country means doing everything they can to protect the human rights of every human being (I know, I know my egalitarian views are somewhat naive but I live in hope that I will live to see the day when all human beings in all corners of the globe have the same opportunities).

Day 1360: My message to world leaders

Talk less and do more – that’s my message to world leaders.

It’s 12  : 32 PM on day 1360 of my journey towards independence and I’ve managed to pray, brush my teeth, read Psalm 47,  publish my Disability of the Day feature,   feed myself  bran flakes  for breakfast,  promote my Eradicate AIDS campaign – no donations – practice sitting up straight to strengthen my core muscles, stretch my hamstrings, spend time outside  and continue promoting my campaign – still no donations making a difference cannot possibly be this hard no wonder some people come home after work and just sit in front of the TV caring about something and doing something about it takes your all and then some but I’m not giving up God will either bring people into my life who are willing to help me or He will give me the resources I need to help myself I just know it.

Yesterday I was thinking about world leaders today who seem to do nothing but attend summits that accomplish little to nothing it pisses me off that so much money is wasted on summits when world leaders could just have a virtual summit and use the money that would have been spent to organize the summit to fund effective education and empowerment programmes worldwide.
