These days everything pure is being twisted into a money making scheme– that’s what I keep learning 🙁

It’s  1 : 59  PM on day 812 of my journey towards independence and I’ve managed to stretch my hamstrings, publish my Disability of the Day feature, practice sitting up straight to strengthen my core muscles, brush my teeth,  feed myself baked beans on toast for breakfast,  practice typing with both hands and practice sitting some more.

Today marks 22 days to Christmas which I’m very excited about although I don’t approve of the business community using Christmas to make money Christmas is about spending time with family and friends and being of service to others which is why we (my family and I) don’t put much emphasis on gifts, getting them or giving them, for as long as I can remember my parents only bought one gift per child they still do that and I think it’s fantastic because by doing that they taught us (my siblings and I) the true meaning of Christmas.  Are you feeding into consumerism by buying gifts every time a different holiday rolls around?
