Day 1628: Dove+Twitter: #SpeakBeautiful

Words have the power to heal or to hurt. Use them wisely – that’s my message to the world.

It’s  12 : 28 PM on day 1628 of my journey towards independence and I’ve managed to  watch the South Africa vs. West Indies Cricket World Cup match, brush my teeth, pray,    read Jeremiah 45,  publish my Disability of the Day feature, learn one new thing – In car design circles, a hood ornament is properly called a “mascot.” The first American automobile to sport a mascot was the 1912 Cadillac  –  feed myself  French toast for breakfast, promote my Educate Generations campaign – $2 050 raised so far – and continue watching the Cricket – South Africa won congratulations to captain Ab De Villiers for scoring a MASSIVE 162 runs it was AMAZING to watch 🙂

Yesterday I came across #SpeakBeautiful – a campaign by Dove that encourages all of us to tweet each other kindly – and I absolutely loved it. Watch “Dove+Twitter: #SpeakBeautiful” below:
