In order to help others you have to take care of yourself – that’s what I keep realizing 🙂

It’s 12  : 45 PM on day 1244 of my journey towards independence and I’ve managed to  pray,  brush my teeth, read Nehemiah 1, feed myself All Bran Flakes for breakfast,  publish my Disability of the Day feature and  promote my Eradicate AIDS campaign – nobody donated so far today either.

Today I realized yet again that in order to help others I have to take care of myself so after I publish this post I am going to read or watch movies I can’t promise that I won’t promote Eradicate AIDS or do something else that I would usually do on a working day all I can promise is that I will try my best to relax. Are you last on your priority list?
