“Love is that condition in which the happiness of another person is essential to your own… Jealousy is a disease, love is a healthy condition. The immature mind often mistakes one for the other, or assumes that the greater the love, the greater the jealousy.”- Robert A. Heinlein
It’s 12 : 45 PM on day 1624 of my journey towards independence and I’ve managed to brush my teeth, pray, read Jeremiah 41, publish my Disability of the Day feature, learn one new thing – A group of eggs, such as those found in a bird’s nest, is known as a “clutch.” – feed myself egg with bread for breakfast, promote my Educate Generations campaign – $1 945 raised so far so grateful 🙂 – and have a foot bath – I have a cut on my foot and the last two times that happened I ended up with major foot infections so this time I’m doing everything I can to increase circulation to that area to help my foot heal itself it’s funny other people my age probably pray from a better apartment or a better job while I’m praying that I don’t get another foot infection all I want is good health for me and my family so that I can serve God and the world to the best of my ability.
Recently I realized when we are young even when love others it’s about ourselves we want to make them happy, we want to be there for all the important events in their lives, we want to be the ones that they confide in… it’s all about us but as we grow up we just want the people we love to be happy even if we may not get to share in their happiness.
