Everything in moderation – that’s what I learned today 🙂
It’s 6 : 23 PM on day 643 of my journey towards independence and I’ve managed to brush my teeth, go to church, go shopping for clothes for my brother – he made it on the Border Badminton Team so during winter break, which starts this week Friday, he’s going to the annual Border tournament (we are all VERY proud of him) – go visit my family, feed myself a chicken burger for brunch, publish my Disability of the Day feature, prepare and publish my Kid of the Week feature – I LOVE the story of this week’s Kid of the Week, Talia Leman, she raises money to fund projects of other kids like her who have a vision to make a difference – and work,
This morning my dad took us – my siblings and I – out for burgers in honour of Father’s Day and since I knew it would be rude to say I no longer eat junk food I ate the burger surprising though in eating the burger I realized I could have junk food once in a while and still be as healthy as I wanted to be I suppose that’s the problem with us people we either love someone or we hate them, we either eat healthily or unhealthily, we’re either at war or at peace, we struggle to find a happy medium. Do you go from one extreme to another?
I LOVE hearing from you feel free to leave a comment below.
