Day 2844: The Mind-BLOWING Christine Ha

The human ability to adapt is remarkable – that’s what I’ve realized

It’s 1 : 50 PM on day 2844 of my journey towards independence and I managed to pray,  read a Bible verse and do some work.

Recently I heard about Christine Ha – a chef who won Masterchef blindness and all – I was blown away by how Christine uses her other senses to compensate for her blindness in her career as a chef it’s really cool. Watch Christine Ha’s story below:

Day 1772: The Remarkable Benjamin Yonattan on America’s Got Talent

The mind is the limit. As long as the mind can envision the fact that you can do something, you can do it, as long as you really believe 100 percent. – Arnold Schwarzenegger

It’s 12 : 07  PM on day 1772 of my journey towards independence and I’ve managed to brush my teeth, pray,  read Matthew 4, publish my Disability of the Day feature,    learn one new thing –Average life span of giraffes in the wild: 25 years– have breakfast and promote my Educate Generations campaign – $3 372 raised so far (thanks everyone :) ).

Yesterday I saw a video of 14-year-old Benjamin Yonattan dancing his socks off which is remarkable considering he has no peripheral vision Benjamin reaffirmed for me that with self-belief nothing is impossible. Watch Benjamin Yonattan’s America’s Got Talent audition below:
