Different is beautiful. – Charisse Hogan
It’s 4 : 05 PM on day 959 of my journey towards independence and I’ve managed to brush my teeth, pray, read Numbers 12, publish my Disability of the Day feature, tweet and Facebook about my campaign – still on 6% with 77 days to go – feed myself Bran Flakes for breakfast, practice typing with both hands and practice sitting up straight to strengthen my core muscles.
Two days ago I stumbled across Beautifully Different by Charisse Hogan what struck me most about Charisse’s story was that it mirrored my own growing up I too wondered why did I have to be so different but just like Charisse I’ve come to realize every life has a purpose. Watch Beautifully Different below:
I LOVE hearing from you feel free to leave a comment below.
This is a superb video. I just wish that some of the judgmental people would watch it!
I’m really having a good time looking through all of the blogs I’ve missed. I really missed “hearing” from you every day. How’s the typing practice going? Is it quite difficult, or getting easier?
I wish that too. I’ve missed you too. Typing is getting easier thanks for asking 🙂
You are beautiful, Nisha.
Thanks Stan your very kind 🙂
