Patience is a virtue; virtue is a grace– that’s what I keep learning 🙂

It’s 3 : 13 PM on day 701 of my journey towards independence and I’ve managed to brush my teeth, drink coffee by myself, work, publish my Disability of the Day feature,  feed myself scrambled eggs  for breakfast with a fork and knife – today,unlike yesterday, was an epic fail it was hard to even pick up the knife I’ll just have to keep working at it until I have complete use of my right hand 🙂 –   and work some more.

This morning trying to feed myself scrambled eggs for breakfast with a fork and knife I discovered that sometimes it’s two steps forward and one step back at first I couldn’t push the egg onto the fork with my right hand using a knife and then when I could the knife just kept slipping because of the oil on the knife’s handle it’s so frustrating just when you think you’ve got everything handled something else happens I suppose I just have to patient with myself for nineteen years of my life people did everything for me it’s going to take more than two years for me to do everything by myself. Are you patient with yourself?
