Day 1971: True Happiness Is…

True happiness is found not in acquiring things you don’t have but in appreciating the things you do have – that’s what I keep realizing.

 

It’s 12 : 07 PM on day 1971 of my journey towards independence and I managed to pray, read read 1 Thessalonians 4, learn one new thing -The word can also be used for other female equine animals, particularly mules and zebras, though a female donkey is usually called a “jenny.” A broodmare is a mare used for breeding. A horse’s female parent is known as its dam. An adult male horse is called a stallion, or, if castrated, a gelding. – have breakfast  and work on my 25 Smiles Campaign – raised $2 017 so far only $4 233 more to raise by 10 Jan 2017  (SO GRATEFUL to everyone who has supported this campaign so far:) ).

 

This morning staring out at the tree and the sky through our dining room window I realized yet again that true happiness is found not in acquiring things you don’t have but in appreciating the things you do have.

    “True happiness is found not in acquiring things you don’t have but in appreciating the thing you do have.” This is really an inspiring message for me. I think when we realize this truth we can see beauty everywhere and we stop complaining about our life.
