Day 1850: Life and the Opening and Closing of Doors

When one door closes others open – that’s what I keep realizing.

It’s  12 :  45 PM on day 1850 of my journey towards independence and I’ve managed to brush my teeth, pray,  read John 16, publish my Disability of the Day feature, have breakfast, learn one new thing –Spurious [spu·ri·ous] adj. Not genuine, authentic, or true; not from the claimed, pretended, or proper source; counterfeit. Not being what it purports to be; false or fake. “Spurious claims.”– and start reading Animal Farm by George Orwell (again[I stopped halfway a while back so I felt like I had to start all over again]).

Yesterday I realized I wasn’t going to be able to do something I really wanted to do needless to say I was majorly bummed but now I realize that not being able to do that thing leaves me free to do other things everything in life works out perfectly even if we don’t realize that in the moment.
