“Count your blessings.
There are many beautiful things in life to appreciate.
The gift of life is a priceless.”

It’s 12 : 03 PM on day 1654 of my journey towards independence and I’ve managed to brush my teeth, pray, read Ezekiel 14, publish my Disability of the Day feature, learn one new thing – Despite their menacing appearance and fierce name, dragonflies cannot sting and are harmless to human beings –promote my Educate Generations campaign– yesterday Stan Faryna donated $24 and this morning Caryn Gootkin did the same (thanks Caryn and Stan for making this one of my best birthdays ever 🙂 ) which brings my total raised to $2 558 -feed myself egg with bread for breakfast, chat to family and hang out with our neighbor – our neighbor, Marion, is the sweetest person you’ll ever meet she remembers all our birthdays and brings us gifts this time she brought cupcakes what means more to me than the cupcakes is the fact that she thought of me I aspire to be like Marion she has this way of making everybody in her presence feel like they matter 🙂 .
Today is my 24th birthday I am so grateful for all the years that I have been alive to live, love and serve. Thanks to God, my family, friends, medical team and even strangers for standing on the balcony of my life and rooting for me I am deeply humbled by the support and love that I receive on a daily basis.
The LORD thy God in the midst of thee is mighty; He will save, He will rejoice over thee with joy; He will rest in his love, He will joy over thee with singing.
Zephaniah 3:17 King James Bible (KJB)
Happy Birthday to you Nisha!
Praise and thanks be to the Lord, Almighty and Holy God for He delights in you, Nisha, with gladness and joy. He has renewed you in his love by dying upon the cross and rising triumphant from death. His blood has made you righteous and God rejoices over you with joyful songs. You are a daughter of God and you have been given the power to speak the word of God, heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse those who have leprosy, drive out demons and much more.
Today is a beautiful day, indeed.
Thanks Stan 🙂
