If not us, then who
If not me and you
Right now, it’s time for us to do something
If not now, then when
Will we see an end
To all this pain
It’s not enough to do nothing
It’s time for us to do something
– Matthew West, “Do Something”
It’s 12 : 29 PM on day 1437 of my journey towards independence and I’ve managed to brush my teeth, watch TV, stretch my hamstrings, practice sitting up straight to strengthen my core muscles, pray, read Psalm 125, publish my Disability of the Day feature, feed myself egg with bread for breakfast and help my friend Ramon promote his World Entrepreneurs’ Day event check out the event here https://plus.google.com/events/c6crpfi3qqk2i7o1unfht5abke8
Recently I heard “Do Something” by Matthew West I love the song because it asks each of us to be the change we want to see in the world. Listen to “Do Something” by Matthew West below:
My two cents:
Don’t just do something (anything), do good and avoid evil.
Don’t do it randomly. Be consistent. Make it a habit. Live it.
Don’t wait until you feel like doing it. Do it regardless of how you feel.
Love Strongly. First, God. Then your neighbor as you love yourself.
Repent. Forgive. Be thankful. Give praise. Be very helpful. Be a gift.
True that’s what I try to do.
