Stand up for what you believe in wherever you are– that’s what I learned today 🙂

It’s 3  : 34 PM on day 897 of my journey towards independence and I’ve managed to stretch my hamstrings, take off my dirty t-shirt and put a clean t-shirt on, practice sitting up straight to strengthen my core muscles, brush my teeth, pray, read Exodus 17, publish my Disability of the Day feature, practice typing with both hands, work, feed myself rice and curry for lunch and drink juice by myself.

This morning I was tweeting back and forth with this guy who thought (thinks) the solution to bullying is the victim beating up the bully suffice to say we had a robust exchange since I believe in non-violence, equality and freedom we should all stand up for what we believe in both in the virtual and real world. Do you stand up for what you believe in wherever you are?
