Day 894

To know what you believe you have to consciously challenge your beliefs– that’s what I keep learning 🙂

It’s 3 : 58 PM on day 894 of my journey towards independence and I’ve managed to pray,  stretch my hamstrings,  brush my teeth, feed myself bread and beans for breakfast,  read Exodus 14, publish my Disability of the Day feature, practice typing with both hands,  listen to music, learn about Scientology – I’ve always wanted to learn more about it I just hadn’t had the time until today –  and  practice sitting up straight to strengthen my core muscles.

This morning I spent some time learning about Scientology what I understand about Scientology is that it’s a scientific approach to life Scientologists believe that they are immortal beings who have forgotten their true nature and to remedy that they go through a process called auditing in which they aim to consciously re-experience painful or traumatic events in order to be free of its limiting effects Scientology works for some people but it’s not for me because there are some things that you can’t analyse or explain through science, things that just are. Do you often consciously challenge your beliefs?

I LOVE hearing from you feel free to leave a comment below.
