For everything words cannot express there’s music – that’s what I keep learning 🙂

It’s 7: 59 PM on day 641 of my journey towards independence and I’ve managed to brush my teeth, feed myself Oats for breakfast, work, publish my Disability of the Day feature,     feed myself butternut and chicken curry for lunch, watch TV, feed myself bread and  baked beans for dinner and brush my teeth once more.

A couple of days ago I heard Just the Way You Are by Bruno Mars and although the song was about romantic love between a man and a woman I  felt like it was written for all the girls out there who have been made to feel like they need to change themselves.
