You can’t give your power away – that’s what I learned today 🙂
It’s 9: 00 PM on day 289 of my journey towards independence and I’ve managed to brush my teeth, feed myself an egg sandwich for breakfast, go watch Transformers 3: Dark of the moon – I give it a 10/10 it has a bit of everything I highly reccommend it 🙂 – watch TV, answer Jenise‘s (@JeniseFryatt) interview questions – we met on Twitter, I told her my story and she asked to interview me – brush my teeth once more and tweet about my Clean Water For All Campaign – no luck.
Today as my mother was getting me ready to go to the movies I really did not want to go partly because I did not want to create more work for my mother and partly because I wasn’t strong enough to tell myself that people were just curious when I caught them staring at me but then I realized that if I didn’t go I would be letting all the ignorant people of the world win so I yucked it up and stepped out into the real world. Are you miserable because the world controls your every move?
Are we connecting on Twitter? If not, say hi at http://twitter.com/Nisha360
If you’ve given to my cause or you can’t give now, please help me by sharing my cause with others. You can tweet about it like my friend Stan Faryna. This is the tweet he uses: @Nisha360 is a brave, smart young woman trying to make a better world for us all. Please help her do an amazing thing. http://bit.ly/hC7vOu
Stan’s very sweet for saying so, but feel free to write what reflects you best.
Thanks to all my friends out there who are helping me make my dream come true: to make a better world for all of us!
Hi Nisha,
I haven’t commented here for a while but just wanted to let you know that I’m still reading and enjoying your wise words.
Take care xx
Hi
Don’t let any one think any less of you for being
in a wheel. Explain to them what is wrong use it
as a learning tool to educated others.
For the longest time I hated going out because
of my arm shaking and people looking at me because
that usually means you been drinking to much or burnt
out on drugs. But I use it to tell people what is wrong with
me.
Your a mentor and inspirational young lady to ever one
Keep up the good work and use what wrong as a tool to
teach others.
My mom’s 3 favorite things to say was
1 Don’t judge a book by it’s cover
2 Treat others the way you would like to
3 Don’t open your mouth if you don’t have
any thing nice to say.
For love don’t worrier about it you will find the rite
person when the time is rite. Who will love you for
you.
Hugs Bonnie
Thanks Rachel 🙂
Yours truly,
Nisha
