It doesn’t cost much to be kind because the essence of kindness is thoughtfulness – that’s what I’ve realized

It’s 2: 11 PM on day 3019 since I started blogging and I managed to pray, read a Bible verse, spend time with family and do some work

Recently I was reminded that it doesn’t cost much to be kind because the essence of kindness is thoughtfulness and there are many different ways to show someone you think of them without breaking the bank. Be kind the little things mean the most.

Day 3008: To The Kind Man At The Mall

Sometimes the greatest acts of kindness are the smallest – that’s my message to the world

Spent the day with family

Today we were at the mall and this very kind man let us go ahead of him in line for the lift – he literally pushed his trolley out of the way and told us to go through – it was the smallest of acts but it meant the world to me because in that moment though he didn’t know me he put me ahead of him (literally).

Day 3007: The Most Important Things

The most important things are not things – that’s my message to the world.

It’s 11: 27 AM on day 3007 of my journey towards independence and I managed to pray and do some work

This festive season let’s be grateful for gifts that cannot be wrapped I’m grateful for God, health, family and friends. I learned this year that some people I would give my life for forget about me when I’m out of sight so my focus is on people who stayed when my life was painful
