Recently in celebration of World Environment Day My Superhero Catherine Constantinides and her team at Generation Earth spent time at Solwazi Primary School in Orange Farm educating children about protecting the planet as well as planting a few trees. It’s 12 : 46 PM on day 2914 of my journey towards independence and I managed to pray, read a Bible verse spent time outside – it’s spring here in South Africa the flowers are blooming and I can sometimes here the birds singing it’s the most beautiful thing ever – and do some work.
On August 31st Miss Earth South Africa in proud partnership with Montecasino, Tsogo Sun and Servest South Africa planted 20 fruit trees at Witkoppen Primary School. A HUGE thanks to Montecasino, Tsogo Sun and Servest South Africa for making the tree planting at Witkoppen Primary possible in honour of Arbour Month which is this September.

A few weeks ago I decided to ask everybody all over the world to plant trees in honour of my Superhero Catherine Constantinides’s birthday which happens to be today. Happy Birthday Superhero as long as I live you will never fight alone – the trees planted in your honour are symbolic of the pillar of strength you are in all our lives. I LOVE YOU to the moon and more than the stars.
