Make only a few promises but keep all of them– that’s my message to the world.
It’s 4 : 31 PM on day 2693 of my journey towards independence and I managed to pray, read Philippians 3:10-11, go shopping with my sister – i cannot believe we spent R3000 on clothes (almost enough for clubfoot treatment for one child) but i’m not going to feel guilty about my privilege I do my best to help every life that I can – and promote my 50 New Feet Campaign benefiting MiracleFeet – raised $6 926 only $5 574 more to raise by June 17, 2018 to help 50 kids with clubfoot (thanks so much to everyone who has helped out so far).
Today I wanted so badly to make a promise I knew I couldn’t keep but I refrained and decided that from that moment I decided in life I would make only a few promises and keep all of them.
Ah – that’s what a lot of very wise administrators and moderators say about rules – have few of them and keep all of them.
“from that moment I decided in life I would make only a few promises and keep all of them.”
And then there are promises you can’t keep – yet – but you can make a move towards them.
