Recently I was on the phone with someone and at the end of the conversation I wanted to say I love you instead I heard myself say bye I don’t know why those three words are hardest for me to say even when I do love someone the whole thing is very strange

You can lose faith in humanity occasionally without being like the humanity you lost faith in – that’s what I keep realizing

Today life reminded me that you can lose faith in humanity occasionally without being like the humanity you lost faith in so often in life we become crappy people and life have been crappy to us

You will never regret the time you spend being kind– that’s my message to the worlld

This afternoon while waiting in reception for my physiotherapy appointment my physiotherapist was walking her patient out – the lady had injured herself and was temporarily wheelchair-bound i felt envy like never before i wondered what it would be like knowing you would only be in a wheelchair temporarily, Be grateful for the problems you don’t have.

To be trusted means more than being loved– that’s what I keep realizing

Life happens in between goals – that’s what I keep realizing

Today I realized sometimes it’s good to pause goals and go outside to stare at the trees – if we wait till everything is done to enjoy life we never will.
