Day 2785: Solving Big Problems in Small Ways

Sometimes we can only solve big problems in small ways and that’s okay – that’s my message to the world.

It’s 10 : 22 AM on day 2785 of my journey towards independence and I managed to pray, read Daniel 3:17-18, have breakfast and promote my 50 New Feet Campaign benefiting MiracleFeet –  raised  $14 409 only $4 341 more to raise by June 17, 2018 to reach my new goal of helping 75 kids with Clubfoot by June 17, 2018.

Recently I realized that sometimes we can only solve big problems in small ways and that’s okay so even though I can’t solve world hunger or fix South Africa housing issues I do what I can when I can regarding or related to those issues (being the change we want to see is simple but difficult and sometimes we won’t be able to bring to the table the solutions we wish we could but in those times especially we should bring to the table the small solutions we have)

Day 2493: Problems, Solutions and Me

There is a solution to every problem– that’s what I realized yesterday.

It’s 1 : 01 PM on day 2493 of my journey towards independence and I managed to pray, read Mark 12:30, have breakfast, spend time with my parents, hang out outside – it’s such a beautiful day 🙂 –   and promote my 50 New Feet Campaign benefiting MiracleFeet – raised to $1 750 only $10 750 more to raise  by June 17, 2018 to help 50 kids with clubfoot .

Yesterday I needed to get something done but I knew I couldn’t do it like I usually do so I thought out of the box and did something I’ve never done before if you’re creative and flexible you can find a solution to almost any problem and if there is no solution you see the problem from a completely different point of view.

Day 2444: Focus on Solutions

Always focus on the solution – that’s my message to the world.

It’s 12: 50 PM on day 2444 of my journey towards independence and I managed to pray, read ,   have breakfast, spend time outside – i love the outdoors we as people spend too much time indoors these days – and learn a new word – Feckless adj. 1. Careless and irresponsible. “The kids were feckless during spring break.” 2. Lacking purpose or vitality; feeble or ineffective – unlikely to be successful. “It was a feckless attempt to make the company a success.”

Yesterday in a crisis situation I learned that in crisis situations it’s always best to focus on the solutions instead of fixating on the problems.

Day 1502: There is a solution to every problem

To every problem there is a solution – that’s what I keep realizing.

It’s 1 : 24 PM on day 1502 of my journey towards independence and I’ve managed to brush my teeth, pray, read Ecclesiastes 9, publish my Disability of the Day feature, promote my Educate Generations campaign – Priya Thomas made a donation of $40 yesterday  (thank you SO MUCH chechi)  which brings my total raised to $750 only $1750 more to raise :)

This morning something happened that made me feel like the rug was being pulled out from under me but after I was done freaking out I found peace in the fact that there is a solution to every problem. Does the knowledge that there is a solution to every problem give you peace in times of trouble?
