“We are born of love; Love is our mother.”- Rumi

It’s 1 :  14 PM on day 2797 of my journey towards independence and I managed to pray, read a Bible verse, go to church, have breakfast and promote my 50 New Feet Campaign benefiting MiracleFeet –  raised  $14 409 only $4 341 more to raise by June 17, 2018 to reach my new goal of helping 75 kids with Clubfoot by June 17, 2018.

Today is Mother’s Day which is always a special day because where would any of be without our moms – everything I became was, is and always will be for my mom and the rest of my family Happy Mother’s Day to my mom and everybody else’s.

Day 2434: Thank You Mommy

If every human being loved like a mother this world would be a better place – that’s what I know.

It’s 10 : 57 AM on day 2434 of my journey towards independence and I managed to pray,   have breakfast, read Exodus 31: 3  and learn a new word – Definitions for superlative
of the highest kind, quality, or order; surpassing all else or others; supreme; extreme: superlative wisdom.

Today is Mother’s Day and in honour of that I would like to say to all moms and to my mom thank you for the love, thank you for the care, thank you for the sleepless nights, thank you for the cooked meals, thank you for the washed clothes, thank you for the rooms cleaned, thank you for the words of wisdom that sometimes fall on deaf ears… thank you for everything and thank you most of all for showing me a little of how God loves me. Happy Mother’s Day mommy love you forever and a day.

Day 2063: Happy Mother’s Day

“I know that a mother, no matter how impoverished or uneducated, will do anything to save her babies.” – Jane Chen

It’s 12: 00 PM on day 2063 of my journey towards independence and I managed to pray, have breakfast, learn one new thing – William James Sidis is alleged to have had an IQ of 275. With an IQ between 250 and 300, Sidis has one of the highest intelligence quotients ever recorded. Entering Harvard at the ago of 11, he was fluent in more than 40 languages by the time he graduated and worked his way into adulthood. –  and work on my 25 Smiles Campaign  – raised $5 724 only $526 more to raise before Jan 10 2017 (SO SO SO GRATEFUL to everyone who has supported this campaign so far 🙂).

Today is Mother’s Day and in honour of that a few days ago I recorded a message for mom (Happy Mother’s Day Mom I meant every word I said). Take a look:

When carbon dioxide in your blood reaches a critical point, the brain overrides your conscious control and forces your body to take a breath.-   promote my Educate Generations campaign– $2 899 raised so far  :) – continue reading And the Mountains Echoed by Khaled Hosseni – we had loadshedding (again) –    and have lunch.

Today is Mother’s Day (happy Mother’s Day mom) and in honour of that I’m going to share with you an interview I did with my mom a few days ago. Watch “I interview my mom” below:

Day 1336: “Like My Mother Does” on this Mother’s Day

People always say I have a laugh

Like my mother does

Guess that makes sense

She taught me how to smile

When things get rough

I’ve got her spirit, she’s always got my back

When I look at her I think

I want to be just like that

When I love I give it all I’ve got

Like my mother does

When I’m scared, I bow my head and pray

Like my mother does

When I feel weak and unpretty

I know I’m beautiful and strong

Because I see myself

Like my mother does

I’ve never met a stranger, I can talk to anyone

Like my mother does

I let my temper fly, but she can walk away

When she’s had enough

She sees everybody

For who they really are

I’m so thankful for her guidance

She’s helped me get this far
