Day 1294: “Let Her Go” by Passenger

“Music was my refuge. I could crawl into the space between the notes and curl my back to loneliness.” ― Maya Angelou

It’s 12  : 00  PM on day 1294 of my journey towards independence and I’ve managed to  pray,   brush my teeth, read Job 28, publish my Disability of the Day feature, publish my Kid of the Week feature, promote my Eradicate AIDS campaign – still no donations since Tuesday my fundraising campaigns have made me realize my parents will support me in ANYTHING I do I have asked a LOT of people to support my projects and my parents are two of the few people who support me every time without fail I would bet my last rand that they would donate the remaining $450.53 to my campaign if I asked them to but I won’t ask them to I started this and with God in me I can finish it 🙂 – feed myself an egg sandwich for breakfast and continue promoting my campaign – still no luck but I know God is working on it behind the scenes I just have to do my part, keep praying and be patient.

A few weeks ago I heard “Let Her Go” by Passenger it’s not the kind of song that I usually listen to but it grew on me it’s about how we as people don’t appreciate what we have until it’s gone. Listen to “Let Her Go” by Passenger below:
